Privacy Policy
Tree removal, trimming and stump grinding for Lincoln, NE, from the old elms and ash of the near-south streets to the new lots at the city's edge.
This policy covers the details you give Lincoln Precision Tree Service, whether you call the number on this site or send the request form.
What we collect
The form sends us what you type into it. Your name and phone number are required. Email, town, the service you choose and the description of your tree are optional.
A phone call leaves a record of the number you called from, the date and time, how long the call lasted and the general area the number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and a short notice tells you so before the call connects. A voicemail, if you leave one, is recorded too.
How we use it
We use your details to call you back about the tree and set up a visit to look at it. We also count calls and requests to see how well the site works. Your information is never sold, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Who sees it
Your request, your call and any voicemail go to the tree service that takes the job, so it can reach you and price the work.
A few outside providers run the systems behind this site. Twilio carries the calls and stores the recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and holds the form requests. Telegram sends us an alert for each new request or voicemail so we can answer quickly. None of them may use your information for its own purposes.
Analytics, maps and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views as totals only. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other sites. The site runs no advertising code.
Pages about the towns we work in show a map of the town from Google Maps. The map loads only when you scroll down to it. Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Call records, recordings and form requests are kept only as long as they help us follow up on your tree work and keep our records accurate. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
To learn what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call the number on this site or send the request form and say so in the message. We will let you know once it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date below.

Wondering what your tree will cost?
Give us the cross streets, a guess at the height and whatever sits beneath the branches. The call back brings a likely range and what could move it.
